What a weekend for the Hands On Team 🙌!! We were stoked to be the massage partner & provider for the 2026 Coast to Coast.

The wet weather didn’t dampen our great spirits, as you can see 😄. Thanks to our amazing team and colleagues for your positivity and hard work; we really appreciate it!

Many thanks to all the competitors who visited us. We loved seeing you finish in New Brighton on Saturday ❤️! Huge congratulations to you all, you are inspirational! And know where to find us for your recovery treatment this week.

✨ We’re back for the Coast to Coast 2026! ✨

Hands On Clinic is proud to once again be running the official Coast to Coast massage team! This event is always a highlight: a fantastic atmosphere, great teamwork, and a wonderful opportunity to support athletes at one of New Zealand’s most iconic races.

We’ll be set up at Klondyke Corner providing sports massage to help competitors recover, reset and perform at their best!

👉 Ideal for Level I graduates ready to deepen their expertise.

Level I and II are designed & expected to be taken together, ideally with a four-week gap. Level II builds directly on the foundations of Level I, making it an essential next step for confidently applying your skills in practice.

NEW MLD COURSE DATES FOR 2025!

In the last two decades Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) has become an increasingly popular treatment modality in health clinics, hospitals and the beauty industry. It also gained importance as a complementary addition to already existing modalities such as massage therapy, physiotherapy and beauty therapy.

In order to cater for this increasing demand Hands On Clinic developed unique 3- day courses based on the treatment method of Casley-Smith. This method has proven to be highly effective and beneficial for patients and easy to adapt for professional therapists.

All our courses are recognised by the Massage Atearoa New Zealand (MANZ). Credit hours will be rewarded for ongoing professional development.
