This client presented with dynamic lines across the forehead and frown area. There was also some compensatory muscle activity contributing to the forehead lines.
A full facial assessment was performed at rest and in movement to assess:
• Natural brow position
• Forehead muscle strength and pattern
• Frown muscle dominance
• Overall upper face balance
Treatment was performed using botulinum toxin type A, with conservative and strategically placed dosing. The aim was to soften movement, not freeze expression.
