Hydrate all started when Nick saw firsthand the thick sludge inside a pipe on a construction site.
That moment kicked off years of research into what we were really drinking.

We began filtering our own water about 8 years ago, long before we started a family.
And once we found the filter we trusted, we knew this was something every Kiwi home needed too.

That’s how Hydrate was born on a mission to make clean, healthy water simple for everyday families.

Recently though, our family life has shifted.
We sold our house, stepped away from our construction business, and chose to travel while our boys are still young... Before school starts, before life speeds up.

We’re exploring the world as a family, saying yes to meaningful memories...
and still running Hydrate every step of the way.

We now use our filters across the world, from NZ taps to hotel showers to Thailand tap water.
