Acupuncture with Debbie Debbie's Acupuncture Clinic is centered around getting you on your feet quickly and healthily. Her HOW DOES ACUPUNCTURE WORK?

Acupuncture, Sensational not Painful…

WHAT CAN ACUPUNCTURE TREAT? Hundreds of clinical studies on the benefits of acupuncture show that it successfully treats conditions ranging from musculoskeletal problems (back pain, neck pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow and others) to nausea, migraine, headache, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and infertility. WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO FEEL? Although its common to find yourself in "acu land" -- a somewhat dazed, blissfully relaxed state -- immediately following acupuncture, the after effect is usually increased energy. Many people report having more energy in the hours, days and even weeks after treatments. You may notice you're avoiding the post-lunch coma, feeling more motivated to hit the gym, or just sensing a little extra spring in your step. Acupuncture looks at how root imbalances effect your whole system. This means when one thing is out of kilter, it can effect you in multiple ways. Acupuncture improves your body's functions and promotes the natural self healing process by stimulating specific anatomical sites -- commonly referred to as Acupuncture points, or Acupoints. The most common method used to stimulate Acupoints is the insertion of fine, sterile needles into the skin. Pressure or heat may further enhance the benefits. If you are looking for a method which can quickly resolve your pain without side effects you should consider a visit with Debbie. Her clinic is professional, friendly and trustworthy and the treatment is natural, healthy and effective.

THE LAW OF CREATION

Whatever we think about and focus on, grows into reality. We create the situations we think about throughout the day. Think you will succeed, you will. Think you will fail, you will do that too. Think you are old, others will perceive you that way. The same is true for youthfulness.

The Face as a Timeline of your Existence

The face contains a map on each persons face which shows us where we’ve been emotionally in this life and what potentially lies ahead. The same map is applied to every person, yet every persons face tells a individual different story.
Face reading is an age old diagnostic tool passed down over generations in China, which is still very much in use by the Chinese people and also by Chinese Medicine pracitioners.

Intially the timeline of the face starts on the ears. For girls it is starts from and is shown on the right ear – from conception to age 6. Then from age 7 -13 on the left ear.
The same applies to boys, except on the opposite sides. From conception to age 6 it is the left ear and from age 7-13 the timeline is on the right ear.
From this point forward, the timeline remains the mostly same for females and males, remaining on the front of the face, starting at the forehead, down the nose, to the chin, then to the left and right of the jaw.

From the age of 80 and 90+, it vias off into female and male differences again. For the female, at age 80, this is reflected on the right hand cheek and age 90 on the left hand cheek.
For males this is opposite, with age 80 on the left hand cheek and age 90 on the right hand cheek.

So by now you are probably wondering what does this all mean and how can we use it?. That is a good question. Lets see if I can answer that for you.

Ears

At conception, utero and birth, we are looking for depressions, dents, hole, bump. These marking generally indicate the emotional state of the mother during the utero period at this point, rather than the child. For example, big life changes with the mother at this time.
Any markings or dents at the birth area, indicate again the mothers emotional state or the period of the birth and shortly thereafter. It could indicate a hard time following the birth such as health problems.

Ages 1-13 on the respective ears. We are generally looking at the rims of the ears and the changes that appear that are different to the rest of the rim.
This can indicate a challenging time to come, if the child is not of this age yet, or it can indicate a challenging time that has passed, if they are older than this now.
The most common changes in the rim are a thinness, bulges, flatness, notch, bumpy areas, freckle/mole and scars, markings, skin changes etc.

• Thinness – a time with little or no support
• Bulge – A time of serious stress
• Flatness – A time of suppression in that persons life
• Notch – A one off event in their life
• Bumpy – Usually indicates a period of time of ‘ups and downs’
• Freckle/Mole – A significant event or time in there life
• Scars, Markings, Skin changes – Stress of some kind

For each change that you note, check with the face map to identify the age that this has occurred or may occur. It is important to remember that we are evolving beings and that we have the ability to change our future, so this is not ‘fortune telling’. Instead it is better to reflect that you are where you are in this moment and should you continue on in this vein, the projected outcome can be predictable, as is indicated in some cases by markings in areas beyond our current age. It can be a chance of self reflection and a chance to alter your course if you need to, or to suport yourself better through this time.

Face

From Teen years through to 90+. These markings are on the front of the face, starting from the hairline on the forehead, ending on the respective cheeks.
Skin changes that you might see would be scars, moles/freckles, wrinkles, hairline, the size of the feature of the face in this area (for example the size of the nose).

• Scars – Incident in their life at this age
• Moles/freckles – A significant event will occur at this age
• Horizontal lines/Wrinkles – Indicate lessons learned during this period of there life. Deep lines indicate stronger or powerful the lesson. If the line goes from one side of the forehead to the other, without breaking, this indicates a lesson learned at the time, If the line is broken and spilts, it indicates the person likely did not fully learn this lesson at this time and this lesson will come back to them later in their life.
• Size of the feature of the face – the larger the facial feature on the face, the more strength they will have in this stage of their life. Please see individual articles on each feature of the face, for a more in depth exploration and deeper meaning.
• Hairline – the hairline on the forehead indicates several things. If the hairline is uneven and goes up and down, this indicates a challenging time in this period of their life. If the hairline is oval shaped and has lots of very fine hairs along the border, this indicates a strong mothers influence here, where maybe the child needs extra help to be encouraged to step out on their own a bit more.
