This 30-minute lunchtime session is your invitation to step away from the busyness of your day, reset your mind and nervous system, and return with renewed energy.

How we wind down for the night makes the difference between a restless night and deep, restful sleep. 😴

If you’re someone who:

▸ is always ‘on’
▸ feels tired but wired
▸ struggles to switch off

This evening Sadhana invites you out of your head and back into your body, at a pace that honours your capacity and your need for true unwinding.

It’s an opportunity to gently down‑regulate your system after a full day, so you can transition toward rest rather than run on empty into the night.

Nic from Unapologetically Robertson will guide you through a gentle grounding practice before you can let yourself sink into supported stillness and find deep rest.

Instead of striving for a perfectly still mind, we will make space for your real self to arrive, exhale, and soften, unapologetically.

You’ll leave feeling:

🧡 calmer and more regulated
🧡 heavy‑limbed and anchored in the best way
🧡 less wired and “on,”

In short: ready to slip into the evening or sleep with ease and enjoy some deep rest. 😴

Imagine warmth beginning to soften the edges as you move between stillness and flow ✨

This Heated Yin Yang class moves from gentle, floor-based sequences to standing, flowing vinyasa before returning back to stillness.

Held in the warmth of Fire Studio (34°C), the warmer environment supports the body to soften:

🧡 your muscles and joints feel more mobile
🧡 a gentle, detoxifying sweat supports release
🧡 you can feel increased energy

This is a space to move what needs moving, and soften into what remains.

✨ beginner-friendly with some prior experience recommended
✨ not suitable beyond the first trimester of pregnancy

Curious about stepping into Fire Studio and adding some heat to your practice? 🔥

Our Sadhana month is all about trying something new.

One thing we’ve heard many times from our students who have been practising in Earth Studio for a while:

👉 you are curious to try hot yoga but feel a bit intimidated to jump straight into a Hot Flow or Power Vinyasa class

👉 you have taken a break from your hot yoga practice for a while and are looking for a way to ease back into it

This is exactly what we have created ‘Growth 1: Step into the Fire’ for!

If you’ve been curious about giving a practice in a heated environment a try, this is the perfect class for you.

We will be moving intentionally, so you can learn how your body responds to the warmth and find your flow.

It’s all about staying connected to your breath, listening to your body, and moving at your own pace.

Yoga & Book Club with .yoga is happening this Sunday! 📖

We still have a few spaces left and would love for you to join us.

It's a relaxed afternoon that brings together movement, mindfulness, and community in the best way. 🧡

We will start with a 45-minute yoga practice guided by Stacey, then move into our community area and settle in with a cup of tea for relaxed chats about June in the Garden.

If you haven't managed to finish the book, that's okay. You're still welcome to join us.

Bring along your favourite mug, we will sip some tea and share good chats.

Jenine from Nine Healing Arts will guide you through a beautiful blend of gentle myofascial release, restorative yin yoga shapes, and intuitive movement.

The class moves slowly and intuitively, allowing space for both stillness and subtle movement.

This is a space to pause, release, and come back to a sense of ease. It acts as a gentle reset for the nervous system — guiding the body back toward a parasympathetic state where rest and repair can happen.

Some things you have to experience for yourself to truly understand what they are about. Kirtan is one of those things.

For those of you new to this practice, let us share what Kirtan is all about:

Kirtan is a heart-opening experience of sound, where ancient Sanskrit mantras are chanted together in a guided call-and-response practice.

We are excited to have Dana .pot sharing this practice with the Flow community during Sadhana month!

You can look forward to:

🧡 simple, guided chanting (no experience needed)
🧡 live music and shared sound
🧡 a space to feel, connect, and express

You might find stillness, you might feel uplifted, you might even feel like moving or dancing… All of it is welcome.

There’s a special kind of confidence that comes from feeling strong in your body. 🧡

This Sadhana Community Class with Becs is here to support you with building exactly that: strength and confidence.

Coached by Becs, you will move through a circuit-style workout focused on functional movement that builds strength, resilience, and ease, both on the mat and off the mat.

You can expect a strong focus on foundational movements, such as:

🧡 hinges
🧡 pushes
🧡 pulls
🧡 core work

This class is beginner-friendly, with options to progress or pull back as you need to!
