On Friday the 17th of October as part of our Spring challenge, we've cooked up something really exciting to help keep you movin'!

Join us as we celebrate reaching the halfway mark of our Spring Challenge with an epic dance party!

Expect good vibes, live beats from our DJ, spot prizes, refreshments, 2 amazing Movement Coordinators to get you groovin', and plenty of fun and laughter along the way.

In this 90-minute workshop, our resident naturopath, medical herbalist, and registered nutritionist Anita Roy-Chaudhuri will dive into all things gut health and guide you through how to do a simple, safe weekend fast supported by herbal remedies at home.

You will walk away with a clear idea (and a handy handout!) of:

This Spring Challenge workshop is all about moving in the right way — in alignment with your body and breath.

So you don’t just keep moving throughout our challenge, but move in a way that’s healthy and sustainable for you.

Whether you’re just starting your yoga practice or a seasoned yogi who wants to reconnect with the basics so you can keep building a solid foundation, this class is for you!

It happens to all of us — we only have so much capacity and life can be a lot.

The problem: Those things we push aside don’t just magically disappear. They sit in the back of your mind, quietly taking up space.

Heavy emotions that linger, stuck energy blocking us, unprocessed memories — our subconscious holds on to all of it, even if it doesn’t serve us anymore.
