The sun has set on another term of Pilates. It was a long one, 11 weeks of movement, stretching, challenge and breathing.
I will run 3 days of holiday sessions this week before the Easter break and the latest newsletter is out. DM me for a copy if you didn't receive it.

I kept up with the timetable, plus added extra lunch time options for clients across the country.

And I'm still using this technology, for the 4th Thursday of every month @ 9am

What to do on NYE when summer feels like winter 🥶 and it's bucketing down?
I figured the cosy studio was the best place to be, so pumped up the 🎶🎵 pulled out all the fun props and got moving. 90 minutes later, every muscle is shaking and my body feels stretched, released and ready for 2025 💪😉

No studio space. No problem!

Whether it was good planning or good management, you can decide.
All the rollers were moved to our bedroom yesterday to clear the studio space for new carpet.
So, I've just done a 30 minute workout and dedicated stretch using the 1/2 roller for deeper proprioception. The roller provides more bio feedback in spinal articulation, deepens the focus on neutral spine and improves core stability. The end result... I feel taller, my core feels more engaged and each vertebrae have released tension. Now I can breathe again!
