YES!!! We are still open to see patients for face to face appointments in the clinic at Level 2!

We have strict cleaning, distancing, and hygiene protocols in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our team and clients. However, if you would prefer to stay at home we can arrange a simple and still very effective telehealth appointment via phone or computer.

Our team is available for Telehealth appointments during our normal weekdays' operating hours throughout COVID-19 alert level 3. We are thrilled to see our clients continue with their recovery and rehabilitation back into their day-to-day routine, exercise, and work with our uninterrupted input during this period of lockdown.

To all our valued clients,

As many of you are aware that the New Zealand government has raised the COVID-19 alert level to 3 today for the next 48 hours and will then step this up to level 4 from Wednesday 25th of March. While ProMed will continue to operate through the next four weeks, ProPhysio is now closed from today until the government lowers the alert level.

All our clients with existing appointments will be contacted and offered a Telehealth appointment. If you would like to arrange a Telehealth follow-up appointment or for one of the team to check up on your progress please ring us and leave a message on 385 1966.
