✨️Had a friend let me read this, she thought of me when she purchased it, Iv got somewhat of a connection with this fella, am receiving some support from him in regards to mediumship side of things.

Effects of energy healing,

✨️ Diarrhea and other flu-like symptoms after a session are perfectly normal its a "healing reaction".
This reaction is the body's natural response to clearing out physical toxins, emotional blockages, or stagnant energy that was released during the healing process.
✨️Crying is another response to "Letting go" its normal when in a healing session to have many thoughts and feelings arise, these thoughts often are attached to unresolved feelings that we may have suppressed and so our body is acknowledging our feelings as we release and let go, accepting that we felt something within an event in our lives that had an effect on us, its ok to let yourself feel within a healing session.
✨️Anger, there has been instances where people have needed to scream or make anger noises of frustration as feelings come up and out of there bodies, its perfectly normal, again its because our system at some point has tried to keep us safe or protected and has brushed these feelings under the carpet so to speak. Releasing them can feel liberating as you allow yourself to feel what you've been ignoring for a long time.
✨️phlegm and watery substances or vomit has accured in sessions especially when the person has held onto anger and or other toxic energies of another person either from there environment growing up, or from an environment theyve been living in, or from an event that was of high level trauma. Once this type of release takes place there is often crying afterwards, sobbing etc..

🌸All of of these reactions to receiving energy healing are normal. Acknowledging that our body and energy bodies stores information helps us to understand that when we hold on energetically to something it then can create a physical problem in our system..

A really good example of this happening was when I had cysts on my ovaries, I was then advised that I need CT, to determine if they were benign (non-cancerous) or suspicious.
I decided to do a healing on that area everyday, on the third day I seen energy leaving my body (in my third eye vision) I seen and felt what I was letting go of and then I started to cry, at that point of me crying i could feel a popping sensation in my body on the left hand side where the cysts were and I had thoughts of them being gone (the cysts)
That week was my appointment for the CT scan, they got me in and I was hoping that what I felt was correct. And sure enough the lady said oh they look like theyve disappeared theres nothing there. I was ecstatic because I had heard of cysts turning cancerous in some cases.
I know what i had released energetically had contributed to them leaving my body.

Dont be put off of what can happen within a healing session some really beautiful things can happen to upon receiving energy healing. These are but a few things that feel negative at the time however its just your bodies way of "letting go"

Greetings everyone, please be advised that my services are now mobile, with all prices adjusted to include an additional travel cost.

Today was eventful

Two Chiefs came to chat with me today letting me know of there next movements and my next movements forward, and a few other things in connection to a couple of things that happened in connection with them today, it was all linked back to a school that is moving soon, but also to clarify something else for me thats been a long time coming in regards to a long personal journey started years ago, they helped bring clarity in for that today as to "THE WHY" ✨️

Poho Areare was the heathcote river chief (Ngai tahu).
And Chief of port hills area was Te Rakiwhakaputa (Ngai tahu) in spirit as guardians, and they gave me a beautiful message for myself and a few good others.
I didn't know about these chiefs im sure as heck learning about it though, how some maori talk to me in spirit is very different they can come in with an image associated with there name, like on the way home I seen a seagull a real one but then I seen it had a pigeons breast and I thought why on earth is spirit showing me a pigeons breast well it was associated with the name of one of the chiefs named above meaning "pigeon breasted" this chief was connected to the Opawaho river.
Then the other chief Te Rakiwhakaputa showed his face coming up through the land area of the port hills which made me associate his name to the area port hills area.. obviously I didn't know how to spell there names however after knowing how they showed themselves I was able to find the history and then know exactly who they were with the images I received. Spirit are so clever. I cant imagine my world without having this connection ✨️🍃 its magical alot of the time.

Spirit are assigned positions, after death we are given our next position ✨️ and if theres one thing im sure of is that they definitely wouldn't be confiding in me and telling me important plans for the area if they felt I didn't have the right intention, this is why they so often come in and get me to do mahi for the land.

Yes I charge for my services for the general public, but theres been a hell of alot of mahi iv done for free (behind the scenes) that not alot of you are aware of, and thats because its not for "me" its for the bigger picture its for the love I have and respect I have for spirit and the land. When they call me in (Tupuna) to do so, im there.

Overall message for everyone - know your position and move in that direction, you have a position in life, you have work to do so do the mahi you came here to do.

What theyve taught me on how to know what to do - you got to take the steps you need to make, regardless of what others say. Your steps take you to where you need to be even if it doesnt make sense at the time. It ends up making sense always! (but you cant "skip" steps)
Accept and take your position and resume accordingly
