Great to get the back pain message across on TVNZ Seven Sharp. One thing that was cut from the interview is, that although many of us have MRIs that can show significant things - like disc protrusions and tears - these are also found in people without back pain. They are normal changes, like wrinkles, and nothing to get worried about.
