OXIDATIVE STRESS = AGEING !

* We all have it, but sadly our younger generation have higher levels of it than they should at their age (just look at all the illness and disease they are having to deal with).

* It affects ALL mammals (so yes, your 4 legged family as well)

* It is such a big deal, that there are over 345,000 studies published in 'PubMed (national library of medicine), and those are just the ones that are published, I am sure there are more !

* So what can you do about it, well until 20 years ago, the answer was eat well, lots of fruits and veg, but sadly this is just the 'tip of the ice berg' help, and with modern day living causing 'Free Radicals' to run rampant through our bodies, we didn't have a chance as we moved through the ages.

I (unusually) have some spaces in my private home based gym in Spencerville, Christchurch for individual 'Exercise Coaching'

I specialise in working with 'Neuro Diverse' young adults, and injury re-habilitation, however I can work with anyone.

I have been in the fitness industry for 44 years, both here in NZ & back in the UK.

The gym has some niche equipment, ranging from zero impact running machine to zero impact lateral machine, to a variety of balance equipment and basic weights. I adapt workouts/sessions for the individual client based upon their needs guiding them on a wellness journey as well.

This is the first time I have had to advertise in many years, so if you need some help, motivation, exercise coaching, injury re-hab, fitness for sport, then give me a call and let's have a chat. I doubt these spaces will be available for long.

Lets talk about the benefits of Magnesium:

Magnesium is a bit of a biochemical superhero 🦸‍♀️

It’s involved in over 300 enzyme-driven processes in the human body.
