Order does matter 🙌🏼

Do your heavy lifting when you're fresh and have maximum energy.

Your form, intensity and results will all be better for it.

Save cardio to empty the tank at the end when you can still get effective work done, even if you're tired.

The only exception is if you're training for a specific cardio goal, but even then, I'd prefer you split them up as seperate sessions on the same day or at least eat a meal in between.

Keep the main thing the main thing 👊🏼

Before you worry about overtraining, check you're not underfuelling ✅️

It's simple math 🤓

1kg of bodyfat = 7700 stored calories.

1kg of weight can be fat, muscle, water, p**p, undigested food, etc.

So if your goal is fat loss and you go 😫 everytime the scale goes up, you can remember this fact and stay the course 🎯

Or if you're trying to GAIN muscle, you can practice more patience and recognize maybe you're just not eating enough to actually grow 🙌🏼
