6-Week Strength, Stability & Mobility Program for Adults 50+

Program Structure
📅 When: Tuesdays, 9:00–9:45 AM
📍 Where: The Den – Pioneer Recreation & Sports Centre
⏳ Duration: 6 weeks (Sept 2nd – Oct 7th)
👥 Capacity: 16–20 participants (priority to sign-ups over drop-ins)
💲 Investment: $25 per session with block commitment (pay week by week or for all 6 upfront). Drop-ins $30 (space permitting).
Each session includes:
Gentle Warm-Up & Mobility – prepare the body for safe movement
Balance & Stability Training – drills to improve coordination and reduce fall risk
Strength & Core Work – low-impact resistance training for hips, legs, and core
Cool Down & Flexibility – stretching to enhance recovery and posture
