My Story: BOOM TOWN PT

Growing up in New Zealand, Trudy developed a passion for movement and training. After completing her degree in Physical Education at Otago, she spent some time travelling and found herself based in Dubai. For almost ten years she ran her own fitness business, working with and training the beautiful women of the Middle East. Trudy is passionate about seeing people achieve their fitness goals and particularly enjoys coaching in group settings. This lead to a passion for cycling and triathlon, and onto completing the challenge of racing an ironman at Roth in 2012. In 2013 she found Crossfit and was fortunate enough to attend the Asia regionals with a team, taking second place in the region in 2014. Since then she has gone on to coach as part of the Crossfit weightlifting SME staff in various locations around the world. She has a passion for teaching people to learn how their body responds to nutrition and fuelling themselves with regards to not only sports performance but fat loss, metabolic conditioning and health and longevity also. She is now based in Christchurch, New Zealand. "My journey centres around transforming peoples lives through teaching them how to love, heal and rebuild their body by taking control of their lifestyles through movement and nutrition. It's so cliché but I love seeing people achieve things they never thought they could, its so rewarding and I couldn't think of anything I'd rather do with my time. I hope I've inspired you to step out of your comfort zone and try something new! You're worth it". Relevant Qualifications
