OXIDATIVE STRESS = AGEING !

What is Glutathione, and WHY is it so important ??

Did you know your body makes it's own 'Antioxidants, and they don't just come from food ?

I had been in the health & wellness industry for years and never knew this - why ??

Having just come back from our 'LifeVantage' convention, I was reminded of 2 things.
How unique and awesome our products are.......normally I would get sick after travelling on an airplane, and being in close quarters with a lot of people, but not a sniffle !

I also would be exhausted, especially after having very little sleep for 4 nights in a row due to some numpty (that would be me) thinking it would be good to stay in a backpackers, add to that the time difference (4 hours - but enough to get jet lag) and walking 6 - 8km every day, to and from the convention, and dancing (virtually non stop) for well over 2 hours Saturday night ! But I got home Monday night and hit the ground running !

Why am I telling you this ??? Well if ageing hasn't started to catch up with you yet, it soon will. As I enter my 60th year, I am healthier now than I have ever been ! Today I did a 6km kayak, and a hill climb !
