🤔Did you know we do one on one sessions? 🤔

These can be as short as a one off 30 min session of regular 1 hour sessions on a 3x a week basis.

What our students like about our one on ones is that they find that they progress really quickly whether it is to get physical results such as getting stronger, fixing aches & pains, feeling more flexible. Or if the student is wanting something a little bit deeper such as finding a deeper connection within themselves & their breathe.

Some of our one on one students prefer about one on ones is that they are set up in their own time availability and they enjoy the opportunity to tune into themselves without being in a larger group (which can be a bit intimidating to some people!)

So you have decided to give yoga a crack (excuse the pun...).... but maybe not really sure what to expect????

😍What should I bring? Just yourself - we provide everything completely FREE
😍What should I wear? What you feel comfortable wearing - you don't need to buy a whole new wardrobe. Rule of thumb- it should be comfortable to move in and if you are bending over etc should keep all the bits that you want to stay covered........ well covered
😍Parking- well we have heaps of parking right out the front!
😍Which class should I go to? Our FOUNDATIONS & GENTLE classes are designed specifically with beginners in mind- just dm us for times that will work best for you:)
