I been involved in such a variety of work and interests, all being linked to health and in helping people. I am passionate about making a difference in the world and have a social work background including working as a Karitane Community Health Worker, Allergy Awareness Co-ordinator, have run a pre-school gym and a crèche, worked with teens, worked with women and families health and in coaching. I am the Director of Rise en Shine Healing Centre where I work with all ages to guide people to better health. Studied in the field of Aromatherapy, Doterra oils (ongoing), Reiki, Massage, Lanuage of the feet and face, Advanced form of Kineselogy, Light therapy, Reflexology, Journey work, John Demartini work, Working with law of attraction, NLP, Adult teaching, Aroma Touch, Personal development work (ongoing), Chakra work and light therapy. I love to work with mind body and soul in helping the body to raise it’s vibration to good health.
