At the heart of my spiritual path is a deep remembrance — a return to ancient wisdom, embodied healing, and service through love. My work is not confined to one tradition; it is woven from lived experience, initiation, devotion, and a sincere relationship with Spirit.
My journey through shamanism has grounded me in the living intelligence of the Earth. Through nature-based practices, ceremony, and communion with animal and elemental allies, I have learned to listen — not just with the mind, but with the body and the soul. This path has taught me how to walk between worlds with humility, how to honour cycles of death and rebirth, and how to hold space for transformation with respect and integrity.
Shamanism, for me, is less about titles and more about responsibility: tending the unseen, restoring balance and remembering that healing is relational — with self, community, ancestors, and the land. Everything is connected.
As a Reiki Master Teacher, my work is rooted in conscious presence and compassionate touch. Reiki has refined my sensitivity to energy, alignment, and the innate intelligence of the body. It has taught me that healing does not require force — only permission, attunement, and trust.
I serve as a conduit rather than a source, allowing universal life force to flow where it is needed. This practice has strengthened my understanding of boundaries, ethics, and self-responsibility in healing work.
By attending Winter/Sun Dance, I have a profound commitment to prayer, sacrifice, and collective healing. It is a path of humility and endurance, where the ego is stripped away and the heart is offered in service to something greater.
Through this lineage, I have learned the power of prayer made with the body — devotion expressed not in words alone, but in breath, sweat, tears, and stillness. It has anchored my spirituality in discipline, reverence, and respect for traditions that are carried with care.
Sobriety, sovereignty, service, salvation, and serenity all lead up the great red road.
