Working with a variety of individuals, offering a range of techniques which include Pain Management, Myofascial, MET, Sports Maintenance, Relaxation, Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, GuaSha and Cupping. 1 hour $80.00
1.5 hours $120.00
2 hours $160.00

Open hours vary between Tuesday's through to Saturday's, day time and evening appointments. Carrie runs everything herself, which means she is her own receptionist as well as a mother, so please be patient when enquiring she will be in touch as soon as she can

I cannot believe that this year marks 9 years of running my Massage business out of this space.
10 years since I started my career as a Massage Therapist, 9 years since I started up my clinic from home.

This room has come such a long way from a very empty room on a student budget, to now. This space has and still does bring me so much joy and calm, in a world where life gets so busy, its a space that slows down. I still get excited to unlock this door and get ready to see so many wonderful people who trust me to help them with their physical bodies.
I honestly couldn't be happier with where this journey has taken me. And to those of you who have come along for the ride over the years, thank you from the deepest part of my soul, I wouldn't be where I am today without you all. Especially my husband who has ALWAYS supported my dreams and ambitions.

I am excited to announce that I am officially open from June, after my Maternity leave will be coming to an end

Please take note that I will be on reduced hours for a while, so there will be times I used to be able to offer which I cannot offer currently. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause anyone. My availability will be most week days between 10am-2pm, some evenings between 6:30pm-9pm, and alternate Saturdays between 10am-2pm.

Just wanted to stop by and say hello 👋

I hope 2025 is treating you all well so far

Gosh I am missing helping people so much
can't wait to start adding in a bit of work very soon

It is amazing how fast time goes, next Thursday it will be 3 months since I had baby Noah 🥰

A few weeks back my wonderful sister helped me put a new coat of paint in the clinic room for a nice fresh look, and we threw in some new carpet too

I want to say a massive thankyou to all who have supported my small business throughout 2024. As I am just a small business supporting my family each and every one of you is so much appreciated more than you know

Even though I am currently off on a short break, I am very much looking forward to returning to work in March/April 2025. I will start taking bookings for my return to work by the end of February

On Thursday the 28th of November at 7:01pm we welcomed baby Noah Peter Nye into the world, 37 weeks and a healthy 8.9lbs. We are home now and he is settling in well, all his siblings and family are quite smitten by him and just adore him. We feel so blessed and are just over the moon to have him be apart of our family ❤️❤️🥰🥰
I will be taking a few months to recover/adjust to our new normal and than start back with seeing some of you around March/April onwards.

I hope you all enjoy the silly season and I can't wait to hear about your stories in the new year 😊

I am just letting you all know that I will be taking Maternity Leave from December 2024 through to March 2025
This means I have about 7 weeks of work to go as long as all keeps going well. I do still have a handful of appointments available in November during school hours and some Saturdays, if you would like one of these please get in touch

Hi everyone 👋
Well it's been a while since I have posted on Here. Iv just taken the social media commitment down a few knotches this year. I have mainly been focusing on those who are regular clients and those who pop in from time to time.
I am still open and operating.
I am still seeing new clients also, however it may take up to 6 weeks to get your first appointment, 6 weeks does go by quite quickly 😊 so please be aware of this before contacting me if you are new to seeing me. (This does not apply to those who are regulars)

Baby news!
I also have some news for those who are not aware yet, I am currently expecting/incubating a wee baby. So far this has not effected my work, and I hope to continue to work as long and as much as my body allows me to. My due date is in December, so plenty of time to see you all before than. You can all enjoy watching my belly grow over the coming months.

May you all be blessed with a year full of love, self development and adventure
I have had a lovely break and spent loads of time with my family. I'm feeling rejuvenated and ready to see you all again.
🔶️I am open from this week. Due to school holidays, my hours will differ slightly over the next 3/4 weeks, this means I'll be open a little less. From the 5th of February hours will be back to normal for term 1.
🔶️To make an appointment please get in touch via text message or messenger.
🔶️If you are awaiting a response from me and have not had one yet, please touch base with me again, as I switched off over my break and I do not want to miss anyone out. 😊
