Fourth one: The heart chakra is situated in the centre of the chest at the height of the thymus gland (behind the sternum)

Symptoms of blocked energy can manifest as physical ailments or disease. The heart chakra directly affects the heart, lungs, chest, arms, and hands. When misaligned, poor circulation, high or low blood pressure, and other heart and lung conditions can result. Issues that can occur in the body can also include infections of the lungs, bronchitis, and circulatory problems.
Blocked energy can also have a profound effect on the nature of our mind and mental state. Mentally, an imbalanced heart chakra can result in problematic issues, such as co-dependency, manipulative behaviors, feeling of unworthiness, and an inability to trust yourself or others, says Snyder. Other signs your heart chakra may be blocked:
You may tend isolate yourself excessively
You feel lonely
You hold grudges against people you love
You frequently feel jealous
You’re overly defensive
You have a fear of intimacy
You put yourself in the role of the rescuer or victim
You find it difficult to trust others

Fifth Chakra: The vishuddha or throat chakra acts as the body’s communication hub. It’s where you find your voice, speak your truth, and sing praises—for yourself and others. This chakra is associated with speaking up and expressing yourself, but also with hearing and being heard. Philosophically, the vishuddha chakra is associated with truth, clarity, and responsibility

Emotional signs that the throat chakra may be blocked are feelings of depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem. This may be worsened by being unable to express those feelings.
A throat chakra blockage is often associated with the inability to speak. Something needs to be said, but you just can’t seem to work up the nerve to spit it out. Or you want to say something, but find a lump in your throat or a catch in your voice. This imbalance may also manifest as a fear of speaking in public or even talking openly with people you know. Or perhaps you may speak in a voice so low you can’t be easily heard.
A blocked vishuddha chakra may make you unwilling or unable to speak up to defend yourself, express your opinion, or state your choices. When difficult conversations arise, you may shut down rather than speak up.
While the throat chakra is associated with being silenced, an imbalance in the opposite direction may be signaled by a tendency to talk too much or ramble on without a clear point. You may tend to put your foot in your mouth, use inappropriate language, or make misstatements. If you find yourself interrupting or talking over other people, dominating the conversation, or needing to have the last word, you may want to look for ways to tone down the vishuddha energy.

Signs of blockage of this chakra:

Thyroid problems
Hoarseness
Sore throat
Sores in the mouth or tongue
Gum disease
Ear infections
Sinus infections
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issues
Tight shoulders

Sixth Chakra: The third-eye chakra is associated with higher knowledge, intuition, and what you might think of as your sixth sense. The third eye helps you perceive a cosmic vision beyond the physical world that your eyes can see. It connects you to your intuition and illuminates everything as it is without the filter of your past, your expectations, or your judgment. Ajna chakra is also linked to imagination and visualization

When the sixth chakra is blocked, you lose your connection with your inner wisdom. You may feel lost or adrift. The imbalance is mostly likely to present itself physically within the brain and eyes. You may also feel stuck in the day-to-day. Without the guidance of your inner wisdom, you may be unable to look beyond immediate problems and your own opinions. When you are thus out of balance, you may have difficulty seeing the bigger picture. You may feel mentally, foggy, anxious, or depressed.

Misalignment of the third eye chakra can result in physical and mental difficulties. Your mind may constantly feel in overdrive. You may notice the following symptoms:
eye strain
headaches
migraines
dizziness
clogged sinuses
hearing issues
memory issues
anxiety
confusion
insomnia or nightmares

Seventh chakra: The Crown Chakra is the last of the seven chakras or energy centers located at the top of the head, representing spiritual consciousness and transformation.

The seventh chakra plays an essential role in the chakra energy system. Surrounding the crown of your head, the Crown Chakra represents universal consciousness. It influences brain functions, including intelligence, focus, and memory.

When Crown Chakras open, people often experience spiritual growth, infinite wisdom, and higher consciousness. An open Crown Chakra gives people a sense of unity, power, and self-knowledge by strengthening their connection to their spirit or soul.

An underactive and overactive Crown Chakra can negatively impact physical and mental health.
