Tight Muscles after Sports?? Are you Stretching??
Try these 5 Simple Stretches to Relieve Your Legs Stiffness!💪
Stretch 1 : Calf stretch
Have one leg forward, one leg back, bend the front knee, heels on the ground, move your body forward.
Stretch 2 : Level 2 calf stretch
Find a step, have one feet heel off the edge of the step, lean body forward.
~ feel the stretch in your calf~
Stretch 3 : Quad stretch
Hold onto support, raise one leg grabbing onto behind the ankle, bend knee backwards.
~feel the stretch in the top of the thigh~
Stretch 4 : Glute stretch
Sitting onto chair, cross one ankle over the other knee, lean body forwards.
~feel the stretch in the buttocks muscles~
Stretch 5 : Hamstring stretch
Find a step or a chair, a foot on the chair or step, straight knee, lean body forwards.
