I’ve got great news to share with you!🌿
This week I received an update on my bone health, and I’m so grateful to say that my DEXA scan showed my overall T-score has improved — moving me from an osteoporosis diagnosis to osteopenia.💪✨
As someone who teaches Buff Bones®, yoga, and Pilates, this journey has shown me just how powerful movement can be — not only for our bones but for our overall well-being.
I’ve always believed in the importance of staying active, moving with intention, and nourishing our bodies — especially when facing challenges. And now I’ve seen firsthand how strengthening exercises, weight-bearing movement, proper nutrition, and mindful breathing can help us not just survive, but thrive.
Being diagnosed with osteoporosis a couple of years ago was scary. But I also discovered that with the right support and lifestyle changes, there’s so much hope and possibility for improvement.🌱
