Arthritis is a very common condition, and one of the most painful, which causes inflammation of joints. There are more than 100 different types of arthritis, which all have different symptoms

Symptoms range from pain, swelling, inflammation, redness, to reduced range of motion and stiffness, limiting a persons movement and affecting everyday activities. It can seriously inhibit a person’s ability to maintain a normal or active lifestyle.

Myofascial release is a common massage technique that manipulates the connective tissues or fascia around body structures, including blood vessels, nerves, and muscles. A therapist stretches and releases the connective tissues over the painful areas. Which can lead to reduced pain and increased motion especially for people living with knee OA.
