We both have PCOS, and have spent the last several years honing in our diets to optimise and balance our hormones to minimise the effect PCOS has on our body. This program is a balanced program of finely tuned macronutrients and calories to achieve optimal results when it comes to balancing your hormones, and yes, for those who are looking to reduce weight.

Based off of the way we eat, this program is packed with wonderfully vibrant and flavoursome food - so you will ENJOY what you're eating! Spent some time on this raining Sunday to do meal prep for the week ✅

🔸 Pumpkin soup with Nourish & Thrive Paleo loaf for my lunches
🔸 Anzac Biscuits
🔸 Nourish and Thrive Base Cake made into chocolate chip donuts and mini muffins - this is the favourite mix, just made in a different shape to keep the kids excited 😜

Also grated a bunch of red kumara for easy hash browns for breakfast 🍳

I used Whittakers 70% chocolate and coconut milk to make an icing.
