Also grated a bunch of red kumara for easy hash browns for breakfast ๐Ÿณ

I used Whittakers 70% chocolate and coconut milk to make an icing.

Gluten and dairy free plus made with sunflower seeds so nut free too - kids are stoked! ๐Ÿ™Œ
