ARCHES from theo… a family we’ve somehow never seen?

I was cruising through the theo website the other day looking for … anything interesting really!… and lo and behold what is this? ARCHES came out in November 2020… and I can think you can guess why it never made it to the Groovy display….

But good things always come to light, and theo never goes out of style as all the Groovers wearing theo can attest!

There is even a model called OPARARA named after a natural geographical arch in New Zealand!

It’s that time of year, Groovers. But this year, there will be only one.

LaEyeworks CATENA Sun - Limited Rainbow Edition.

We were only able to obtain a single frame from the 2026 special edition series (typically only 500 made). This year, the already small batch CATENA model got an upgrade, with stained glass inserts of all the colours of the rainbow.

Very unique. Very colourful. Very proud to be everything it wants to be.

As the laEyeworks catchphrase tells us, WEAR THEM OUT!

We have a new team member, Groovers!

A hearty, welcoming HUZZAH📣 for James who has joined the GG Team as a Dispensing Optician (UK qualified) and who will also be our assistant Practice Manager.

He's a super optically talented, friendly guy with a great knowledge of the Hoya lenses we're using in practice. Please feel free to stop in and say *hello* to James - there's a lot of you Groovers to meet!

PS - He's modelling one of our LAeyeworks frames: CORT in Skunk! What a great colour name!
