Daily tracking & analysing the data, perfect diets, hitting protein, 10 step morning routines, long meditation practices, biohacking sleep, cold plunges,, hitting the step count, complex skin routines, daily cold plunges, Pilates princess or muscle mami, glucose levels … the list goes on

There’s nothing inherently wrong with these things at all, it’s the pressure to do it all right - especially in the age of comparison and consumerism. Different things suit people in different seasons and I’ve realised that sometimes less is more.

Yes the brain thrives on habits and routines, but pressure, perfectionism and control creates stress on the nervous system. Your body isn’t a checklist, your health isn’t earned by how many boxes you tick & discipline without alignment becomes disconnection - the more you chase someone else’s formula, the further you get from your own body’s wisdom.

You’re not broken, just unlearning survival strategies that were never yours to keep! 💭

Late with the reflections but lots of space had given me new insights to think about for the year ahead!

One of my biggest months in business (to date) was December which coincided with less time on socials. Sometimes I think we all need the clarity that comes from a digital detox!

Over the last few weeks I’ve seen people transform themselves and their health just before the they step into the New Year. Witnessing people being able to do things they haven’t done in years - walking, socialising, getting back to work, LIVING is the favourite part about my job.

London🇬🇧 Reconnecting with old friends, learning, working, exploring & LIVING 🧡

Memories that continue to remind me of my ability to be with myself (yes solo travel can be very confronting at times!), embrace change, take opportunities & TRUST that life has my back.

These are strengths that have ONLY come from moving through my hardest seasons & lots of nervous system work. The more we can build trust in the unknown, the more magical life can become 🤌🏼
