Today was another fun session at Able Tours' Adaptive Sessions, featuring dance, music, and singing activities. These sessions offer benefits with - coordination and overall well-being within a supportive environment. Clients enjoy seated or standing dance with ribbons, scarves, cardio drumming and instruments ( lots of smiles too). Costs per client $20 - support person is free.

Week 4 of Adaptive, Dance, Music and Singing. We squeeze an awful lot into 1 hr. With musical instruments, adapted seated and standing dancing (using balls), plus cardio drumming and free dance for everyone to show us your moves. Plus singing is always encouraged too.
Music and movement build confidence, coordination and connection.

What do we offer at Able Tours?

We are a very small, tour company here in Christchurch, who offer personal service to each and every one of our lovely clients. We deeply care about their well being, safety and truly make sure they are having a fantastic, exciting, fun time when they travel with us! We like to try new things and see new places - at times pushing us out of our comfort zones! We offer Saturday, Sunday Tours and the odd Monday tour, plus longer tours through out NZ - plus International when it is safe again to travel out of NZ.
