Did you know that we have a new online class?
I thought I’ll give it a go through the 2 winter terms and see how we go.
Surprisingly I have enjoyed it, I loved coming up with different exercise ideas and structures and to still make sure everyone gets the most out of it.
A balanced mix of strength training (you need some dumbbells or a kettle bell), mobility and cardio training.
To be honest, a great day to start the day.
