How did you start your new year?

I have moved house, decluttered, unpacked and painted. Everything changes with a move ๐Ÿ˜Š

Different habits, different ways of exercising and sleeping, different favourite places and activities.

Although it was super stressful it is kind of the best thing to do at the beginning of a new year ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

My mission with my business is for people to get out of their busy minds into their bodies.

The best place for this is exercising at the beach - I can see a big shift after each session.

I often see this in my other classes too, especially in my boxfit classes ๐Ÿ˜Š
