Brushing for the full 2 minutes helps remove plaque properly and reach all areas of your mouth — rushing it means you’re likely missing spots.

A few easy ways to hit the full 2:
• Split your mouth into 4 sections (30 seconds each)

At FENDALTON DENTAL, we bring you more than 35 years of combined clinical experience in dental practice.

Your positive and new dental experience starts right from the phone call you make, the moment you walk in through the door and looked after by our wonderful team. We moved to this high-profile premises at the corner of Glandovey and Idris Road intersection in 2011 after being displaced from the CBD. It's a building with lots of character on the outside and plenty of clinical skills awaiting within and with ample Free-onsite parking. We offer comprehensive services in general, cosmetic and surgical dentistry. We are hugely community-focused as Keith and his team volunteer regularly at the Canterbury Charity Hospital providing Free Dental Services to the underprivileged. We also take part in Colgate and NZDA Free Dental Programmes providing our times, skills and services to the needy.
