This is achieved through the use of wholesome food, herbal medicine, nutritional supplements and clinical testing. One of my biggest passions is empowering people to take control of what they are eating, and I can do this by offering the Taste Success Programme, a very effective and delicious 12-week nutrition plan that encourages healthy eating habits for life. I am also a VLA practitioner using the latest scientific technology (Quadscan) as a way of assessing body composition and overall health status at a cellular level.
