Hey all!

It's Sweat with Pride time again and this MCL-tear recovered lass is gonna get her move on this June to raise money for our in-need Rainbow communities 🌈.

Many of our Rainbow friends, families and peers don't feel safe in our schools, workplaces and health care services and suffer poorer health outcomes compared to the rest of NZ.

So, this June I’m fighting discrimination with perspiration, and I've committed to exercising for at least 21 minutes EVERY DAY to raise money to support the Rainbow community.

Yay! It is with much excitement that I introduce Victoria, who will be joining us at Evolve Chiropractic Redwood! We are thrilled to have her vibrant energy joining our team and will be taking bookings from Jan 9th, 2023!

ABOUT VICTORIA:

Born and raised in the great white north of Canada, I moved to New Zealand to follow my dream of becoming a Chiropractor at one of the world’s best Chiropractic colleges.

Upon completing my Bachelor in Kinesiology (Human Kinetics) from the University of Toronto, including an athletic therapy placement with a varsity team in my last year, I knew my future needed to be in a hands on role helping people. After how much benefit I had received from being under regular chiropractic care, studying to be a chiropractor was the clear answer!

I am passionate about helping you achieve your greatest health potential. Helping you believe in your potential to heal and thrive, and helping you break any limiting health beliefs or obstacles that have been standing in your way.

I’m my spare time you’ll most often find me doing photography, hiking, camping, climbing, learning to surf, or reading.

Wherever you are on your health journey, I would be honoured to be part of your team.

Hoping everyone is staying safe and healthy over this time. Just to keep you up-to-date, the Ministry of Health has deemed Chiropractic an essential service in acute and emergency cases. There will not be crossover between appointments so no other contact other than with either Chris or myself. Let us know if you're in need of care. As most of you know, I'm venturing back home to Malaysia with the kidlets this week until next Thursday. In my absence the wonderful Chris Dobson will be looking after all my lovely people and families in Redwood. You're all in great hands. Happy Monday all! :) Wanted to give a shout out to some wonderful practice members who were exceptional role models for pushing themselves to their full potential this weekend just gone!

We had four of our own competing at the NZ Powerlifiting Nationals 2018 in Whangarei. Big congrats to Ana de Joux who took out the win in her class, and also Jordy Kane (2nd), Jennifer Joyce (5th) and Cameron Andrews (3rd) - who performed outstandingly.

ALSO also wanted to acknowledge the amazing talent amongst the actors and actresses who come and get checked regularly who we saw perform yesterday at Catch Me If You Can - The Musical, put together by the Blackboard Theatre Collective. So great to see you all in action.

Chiropractic is for everybody and supporting you and your functioning at your highest potential. Love you all!
