Christchurch East Yoga All our teachers are fully qualified & experienced in their individual fields. Our classes start from Beginners through to Level 3.

Classes to suit everyones needs and stages of life. We are a small bespoke specially dedicated yoga studio. We are a fully equiped studio close to the beach. Maximum class numbers 21 students, ensures personal hands on approach to developing your own practice! We welcome all enquiries, email or Facebook message.

we are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of our dear yoga friend , Marie Keys.
A celebration of Marie's life will be held at the Avon Chapel, Pages/ Kerrs rd, on Monday 15 September at 10.30am.
We will also gather at the studio at 9am for a gentle pranayama practice before going together to the chapel.
