The Yoga Place (Barrington St) is known for gentle, inclusive classes and a friendly community — beginners are always welcome.

Due to popular demand, we are pleased to add a brand new evening class starting in Term 3.
Tuesdays 5-6pm (Introductory 5 week course)
Slow Flow & Restore - with Caitlyn (Perfect for beginners, or perhaps a gentle return to yoga)

Many students think of their yoga class as their "weekly tune-up". A space to be present, to release tension in the body, invite a sense of calm and press the re-set button on a frazzled nervous system. These skills can then be taken off the mat and into our day-to-day lives.
