Soul2Sole Fitness I cater to all different levels from beginners to advanced so there is something for everyBODY. I currently offer my Flow2Glow and Sit2Fit classes.

I am passionate about delivering accessible mind, body & soul sequences to encourage you to develop strength & balance, breathing techniques for your overall health and wellbeing. All my classes are designed to enhance your body & core strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, breathing techniques and your overall health & well-being… plus get the “feel good factor”.
