Established in 2012 Liberate Pole Studios is the ONLY studio in NEW ZEALAND owned and operated by a PolePro Master Trainer (Liv Allchurch). This means not only do you have one of the most qualified instructors in New Zealand taking you through your first steps as a beginner, you can guarantee that you are in good hands, ensuring all your needs as a student of pole fitness are met. PolePro are a worldwide brand of instructor courses with the highest accreditation including Fitness Australia. Here at Liberate we pride ourselves on pole fitness being an individual journey – you will be welcomed into a small studio of 6 poles, giving you individual time with your instructor during group classes. Pole fitness is primarily for fun, something a little different then your day to day life. It also opens up opportunities to feel comfortable in your own skin, learn what your body is capable of and improve your health and fitness not only physically but also mentally. Mixed level, heels, stretch and Advanced classes all $25 per session

We offer a 8 class concession for $150

For those of you that want to do it all we offer a pole-a-holics option for $200 per month

Yes! we offer girls nights and hens party classes $30 per head .We have created a class that includes all fitness levels and abilities. We have an on site Personal Trainer who offers pole fit classes ($60 for a 6 week course) and one to one training for all your fitness needs, Check out Spartan Tactical on Instagram
