Please do not think that drinking heaps of water and herbal teas will hydrate your skin alone.

We all need to include food such as salmon, tuna, sardines, nuts and seeds and avocados on a daily basis.

If you are unable to eat these daily, you need to supplement with fish oil, evening primrose oil capsules. Taking x 2 1000 mg’s daily. Or add 1-2 tbsp linseed oil to your yoghurt and cereal in the mornings.

“I have been in the beauty industry for 38 years, at first, I operated a very successful Champs-Elysees Beauty and Day Spa.
