We adapt Yoga and Pilates to the individual so that they can be their best and create positive ripple effects in their families, friends and communities. We serve our students with personalised plans for each person and cater to them via group, one on one sessions and specialised programmes and workshops. We love inspiring and empowering others to find their freedom and become their best. We know our clients want to be treated as individuals, they all have their own dreams, goals and desires, they all have their own capabilities and restrictions and that is why every class structure ensures that everyone will benefit no matter what.

( That is why we do our free no Sweat intros 🙌)
Our mission is to educate, guide & support our students as individuals, to be able to move with awareness & connection.

🔥Tips for beginners - from our students
Just like anything, being new to Yoga can be a bit daunting, its a lot different from a gym class and although most beginners come in with the intention of 'just' getting stronger & more flexible, they leave with many more benefits that they often didn't realise they needed.
So here's a wee collation of what our regular students reckon will help any Yoga newbies out:
💪Getting started is the hardest part
🧘‍♀️In your first few classes you don’t have to do the same as everyone else- bring it back and take an easy option (all the teachers give them!) use the free blocks and straps or even the wall.
🥰Focus on your progress rather than always having to do better
😇Go for it- get started it will change your life and rejuvenate your joints!
🔥You don't know how good you can feel until you have done a class and just float out
