We’re excited to welcome Andrea to the BodyCentral team – a Level 6 qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with over 7 years of experience and a knack for finding exactly where your body is holding on.

Introducing....Kim
Kim is a qualified remedial massage therapist, graduating in Sydney in 2014. She has since worked internationally in Australia, Finland, the Netherlands, and New Zealand, bringing a broad range of experience to her practice.

Her treatments combine remedial massage with deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and relaxation work. Kim enjoys supporting clients with chronic tension, postural discomfort, stress, and general muscle aches, and she tailors each session to suit individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

With a strong passion for yoga, fitness, and movement, Kim has a keen understanding of how the body functions in everyday life as well as in training. She focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and helping clients reconnect with their bodies.

☀️ Let’s talk about your feet and calves (and maybe your shins, runner beans).
They’re working overtime now that the sun’s out — with friends around Hagley or up in the hills, maybe walking to work, still squeezing into climbing shoes or cleats, chasing dogs or kids or dreams. A leg and foot massage keeps you active and your step light.

Tess has been very privileged over the last 9 years to work alongside these Australian powerhouses Tania and Anne-Marie (as well as Lizzie in Sydney and Bernie in Wellington) to help train massage therapists to adapt massage to people who are experiencing or have experienced cancer. Here we are chatting about the course with participants of the Massage and Myotherapy conference in Perth, recently! Some very exciting work also happening in massage around scar tissue, ligamentous innervation and movement and breath we managed to also check out over the 2 days. Watch this space!
