Wishing everyone another wonderful long weekend! Hopefully, we have some clear skies, so we're able to see the beautiful Matariki stars 💫✨️

Matariki is a star cluster, also known as the Pleiades, that signals the beginning of the Māori New Year.

It is visible in the eastern sky before sunrise during mid-winter and is made up of nine stars, each with its own significance.

The rising of Matariki is a time for celebration, reflection, and planning for the future.
