Another successful 8 week weight loss challenge COMPLETE! ✅️

We saw some amazing losses with this group! Here's our top 5 results:
11.7kg / 9.1% body weight / 49cm
7.3kg / 6.6% body weight / 33cm
4.6kg / 5.8% body weight
4.0kg / 5.6% body weight
3.7kg / 5.0% body weight

The group as a whole lost a whopping 67kg over the 8 weeks too!

I honestly love running these challenges, seeing other women succeed in reaching their goals is a big passion of mine 🥰

We are about to head into a mini 3 week challenge and then kick off the next 8 week challenge on April 20th!

Sometimes you just need the comfort of pancakes!

That's why I absolutely love my single serve protein pancake recipe, so good!!

20g flour
1/4tsp baking powder
15-20g protein powder of choice
40ml egg white (or 1 whole egg)
30ml almond milk

Topped with coconut yogurt & fruit and also a little maple syrup at the end 😍

Shoutout to the incredible Vicki!! 🙌

Vicki has been part of my weight loss challenges since July last year and has absolutely CRUSHED it with 20kg down (& over 40cm!) and still going strong 💪🔥

But here’s what I’m most proud of… this hasn’t been a quick fix. Vicki has committed to doing it the RIGHT way - learning how to lose weight slowly, sustainably, and in a way she can actually maintain for life 👏

She’s building habits, showing consistency, and proving that long-term results come from patience and persistence - not extremes 🙅‍♀️

And it doesn’t stop there… Vicki brings the BEST energy into our Byrne Babes group 💖

She’s always sharing her wins, being real about the journey, and lifting up the other girls along the way. That kind of support is what makes this community so powerful 🌟

Did you know that my Christchurch boot camps are held either at the local school OR at my home - both options suitable for children to attend to have a play while Mum works out!

⏰️ Class Schedule:
Monday 530pm - Strength focused
Wednesday 530pm - Boot Camp
Saturday 8am - Boot Camp

Let's talk about BREAKFAST 🍳🥣

Is it really the “most important meal of the day”? 🤔

Truth is, it depends on YOU.

You don’t have to eat breakfast to get results. Some people feel better eating early, others prefer to wait - both are fine.

What matters most:
✔️ Your overall intake
✔️ Staying full & satisfied
✔️ What you can stay consistent with

If you wake up hungry, eat. If not, it’s okay to wait.

My go-to brekkie 🥣
Rice flakes + protein powder + banana + peanut butter
✔️ Gut friendly
✔️ Gluten & dairy free
✔️ Keeps me full for hours
