I just came from an amazing workshop about pilates for pregnant people with Kim West Wellness + Pilates, I'm particularly interested in postpartum to help women to feel strong again and help the recovery after birth. I'm also qualified pre/postnatal in yoga and the two together would make a great combo class. Watch this space :)
And if there are any mum or mum to be who need a well deserved rest, come along to the next Rest and Restore session in March (few more spaces left).

I am sharing another feedback from a client, I must admit that I truly believe pilates has a key role on how the body functions. Huge thanks and a shout out to my master teacher Kim West being an awesome trainer.

Feedback:
Dear Timea, Thank you for your helpful strengthening and stretching exercises, especially for my core, arms and shoulders. They are invaluable cross training for my swimming. Last Friday I did a 5km open water swim from Governors Bay to Cass Bay with a group of good friends. Not only could I keep up - I was the oldest swimmer in the group by about 15 years - but in the following days I had no stiffness or soreness in my arms or shoulders. I was even able to swim another 1.8km 2 days later. Of course I was tired! Everyone else was too. I am so happy. I now feel confident for my next 5km swim on 22 February, which will be much harder. Thank you so much for your help and guidance. Your Pilates lessons have made such a difference to me.
