I just came from an amazing workshop about pilates for pregnant people with Kim West Wellness + Pilates, I'm particularly interested in postpartum to help women to feel strong again and help the recovery after birth. I'm also qualified pre/postnatal in yoga and the two together would make a great combo class. Watch this space :)
And if there are any mum or mum to be who need a well deserved rest, come along to the next Rest and Restore session in March (few more spaces left).
