And we’re LIVE with Episode 70 of Social Harmony - Time to Talk, now available for download. I'm joined by the unabashedly upfront Jess Marie - mum, life coach and owner of Unapologetic Life Coaching and host of her podcast Unapologetically Overcoming - The Podcast.

Jess has faced her own struggles in life and after leaving a violent partnership, she began taking steps towards turning her pain into strength - becoming unapologetically herself after having spent years putting others first and neglecting her own needs.

In her work as a coach and podcaster, Jess provide a space for others to talk openly and honest about all the parts of themselves - particularly the parts we'd rather keep hidden - in a non-judgmental way with the aim of looking at them as part of an amazing person who has dealt with life and is still standing.

Speaking first about how she brought herself through difficult times and then into a place of acceptable and eventually radical self-care, Jess uses her experience in order to relate and connect on a fundamental level to bring about change that sticks by guiding you to the solutions that already reside within.

💘IT’S FINALLY UP ON YOUTUBE💘

Apparently YouTube wanted to take the scenic route tonight, but “I Can Love Me Better” - Part 1 with Shiri is officially LIVE over there too.

Post-divorce glow up.
Getting your groove back.
ADHD-fueled chaos.
Laughing until we forget the question.

This episode accidentally became the PERFECT Valentine’s pairing and I’m not mad about it. ❤️🩷❤️

If you’re more of a YouTube watcher than a Spotify listener, I got you.

🎧Link is in the comments.

Check it out. Then tell me your favorite unhinged moment.

And we’re LIVE with episode 69 of Social Harmony - Time to Talk now available to download.

In an age of app-dating, we are told to protect ourselves and keep ourselves safe but what does that look like? In times of identity fraud, the ‘Tinder Swindler’ and economic romance it can be incredibly dangerous - physically, emotionally and financially. As a society that has tended to celebrate the ‘Jack the Lad’ type of male, how does one look after oneself while also encouraging safety in others?

Today’s episode looks at such a phenomenon , highlighting the wider effects of the dating world. Following a divorce and then raising her son, Lori Simons met a local man on a dating app who seemed to check all the boxes. However after 4 years together, things fell apart and she discovered that she was one of many. After digging deeper, she met Stephanie Ann who had been dating the same man for 5 years and so began a voyage of discovery - about this man, as well as about themselves.
