Tight QL? It might be more than just a muscle issue.

Many common issues like overpronation, knock knees, bow legs, and uneven leg length come from body misalignment.

When we brace due to injury or stress, some muscles tighten while others weaken when the fascia tightens to protect the effected area. Over time, this throws the body off balance, putting extra strain on certain areas.

Instead of just adding support like shoe inserts (which can cause more stiffness), we need to look at the whole body, release restrictions, and restore natural movement.
