Port Hills Physio+Pilates is an established clinic located near the Port Hills of Christchurch. We have 6 experienced Physiotherapists providing Physiotherapy and some providing clinical Pilates in our small studio. We have 2 Physiotherapists working towards their specialism and we they are invalubale in what they can offer our team and our patients. We offer a few small Pilates classes with a maximum of 4 people. Our team is committed to ongoing professional development and learning, and we try and offer a person centred approach considering the whole person and their whanau. A Psychologically safe team environment is what we strive to provide, so that we can all thrive and enjoy coming to work, and thrive.

🕯️ 4 September 2010 – 15 Years On 🕯️

Fifteen years ago, Christchurch was shaken by the 7.1 earthquake that marked the beginning of a difficult chapter for our city. While buildings fell and lives were disrupted, what rose from the rubble was the strength of our people.

We remember the fear and the loss, but we also hold close the compassion, the kindness, and the way our community stood shoulder to shoulder.

Today we honour those still carrying the scars, and we give thanks for the resilience and aroha that continue to guide us forward. Kia kaha Christchurch. 💙🌿
