✨ REAL “DOPAMINE” BOOSTS (that your body will thank you for) ✨

At Port Hills Physio, we’re all about the habits that actually improve how you feel — not just quick fixes.

Here are some simple, science-backed ways to lift your mood, energy, and overall wellbeing:

🏃‍♀️ Move your body (walk, run, lift — it all counts)
☀️ Get some sunlight each day
🏋️ Build strength — your future self will thank you
🚿 Try a cold shower (if you’re brave enough!)
🧠 Be present — savour the moment
🎯 Work toward goals that matter to you
📵 Take a break from constant phone scrolling
😌 Allow yourself to be bored — it resets your brain
💤 Prioritise good sleep
🧘‍♀️ Slow down with breathing or meditation
💃 Do something fun — yes, dancing counts!

Small habits = big changes over time.

If you’re struggling with pain, stiffness, or getting started, we’re here to help you move better and feel better 💙
