In session, a client realised her tummy pain wasn’t just about food intolerances. When she stopped trying to ‘fix’ it and instead gently turn toward it, something shifted. The body often holds stories we haven’t yet felt safe enough to hear.

Sometimes, relief begins not with avoidance … but with compassion. 🤍
