Our Story

The CGM Research Trust (CGM Trust) is a not-for-profit organisation that conducts clinical research and trials. Based at Burwood Hospital in Christchurch, the Trust is led by Dr Nigel Gilchrist, a respected specialist physician with an interest in diseases of the elderly, metabolic bone disease, and pre-and post-operative management. Over the years, the CGM Trust has helped contribute to small step advances and breakthrough treatments for some of the world’s toughest health issues.
