Shout out to Total Care Mobility!

Our friends at Total Care Mobility have continued their incredible kindness to the residents at Ilam Road. During summer, they shouted ice creams for all. Now, they are transporting residents to and from their activities free of charge.

“When we started our business 5-6 years ago, Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust trusted us with transporting their clients to their activities,” says Raj from Total Care Mobility.

“Now that disability transport funding has been cut, we wish to continue to transport these clients to their activities such as Tas-Tech free of charge, because they feel like family. We feel that it is essential that these clients are able to get to their activities no matter what.”

The Trust and our clients are so grateful to the entire team for their amazing generosity and support.

Total Care Mobility would like to express their gratitude to Charles Upham Rest Home for joining us on their weekly trips every Tuesday. It's always a pleasure to share these wonderful outings with such lovely people. We also want to thank Claire for sharing the photos with us. A special thank you goes to our driver, Simarpreet Singh Kang, who has been providing excellent service for the past few years and helping make these trips a success.

These trips are not only about the journey but about the connections we build and the memories we create together. We look forward to many more enjoyable trips with Charles Upham Rest Home. It’s a joy to see everyone’s smiles and hear the laughter along the way. Thank you all for being a part of this wonderful experience!

With Total Care Mobility’s experienced wellbeing assistant staff, you are in charge, free to go wherever and whenever you want. Whether it’s to an appointment or a visit to the shops or simply to catch up with friends.
We are transport providers for the Total Mobility Scheme in most regions throughout New Zealand. This is a subsidised transportation scheme administered by local regional councils and the government – ask your local Total Care Mobility team.

Last year, Total Care Mobility celebrated again Christmas with our customers. All of our wonderful customers from windsor care, lft and crc ( hoonhay nd sockburn) enjoyed delicious Whippy ice cream.
