Our beef and chicken stock pots have had a revamp - new packaging in the form of new pottles & foil lid + new boxes. The most exciting development is the fact they are all packaged using our new machine, and what a nifty machine it is! Video to come ⚙️✨

Crazy busy Monday morning at the kitchen, look at all these online orders ready for courier pick up 🤯.

And that’s only the online side…supermarket and wholesale orders have been going nuts. We are so glad you are loving our bone broth, we are loving making our liquid gold for you all 🔥🙌🏻.

Easy Christmas Gravy

1 cup Little Bone Broth Co. Chicken or Beef Broth
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
Salt + pepper
(Optional: pan drippings)

How to make it:

Melt butter → whisk in flour → slowly add broth → simmer 3–5 mins → season → add pan drippings if you’ve got them. Done. Rich, silky, delicious.

Tuesday dinner inspo - yuuuuum. This recipe might be an oldie but it’s a goodie 👨🏻‍🍳

Creamy Pesto Chicken
⁣
Ingredients:
1T coconut oil/good quality cooking oil
2 large chicken breasts diced into bite sized pieces
½ onion finely diced
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2c The Little Bone Broth Company chicken bone broth
1/2c cream
1/4c pesto
1/4c parmesan
10 cherry tomatoes halved
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for topping

Method:
-Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in a large frying pan with oil on high for about 5 minutes until browned on all sides. Transfer to a plate, cover and set aside.
-Place the onions in the same pan, turn the heat down to medium and cook until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute until fragrant.
-Add bone broth, cream and pesto and reduce heat slightly to bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Reduce for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-Return chicken to the pan for 5-7 minutes to finish cooking.
-Once chicken is cooked, add parmesan, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
-Remove from the heat and top with freshly chopped basil.
-Serve with zoodles, steamed broccoli or pasta/noodles.

Have you tried our new bone broth stock pots yet?
Alex used one of the chicken stock pots to cook his pork chops in the other night resulting in more tender, flavourful meat with a tasty light jus for serving.

It was super simple - just place pork chops (or meat of choice) in a pan with herbs, butter, salt + pepper and one chicken (or beef) stock pot in the middle. Place in the oven for 45 minutes (or until cooked, depending on what meat you use) at 150 degrees. Serve with roasted vegetables and greens. A simple, easy & healthy midweek meal. Yum!

Our new Beef & Chicken Bone Broth Stock Pots 🔥

They are concentrated, 1 pot equals 1 cup of broth. Add straight into your cooking or mix in with water, either works! We particularly love heating the beef and pouring over steak as a rich gravy - delicious!

The goodness and flavour that we have packed into these little beauties is some of our best work yet!

Available from a select few supermarkets in Christchurch with more stores rolling out the product next week. We are aiming to have our new stock pots available via our website from next week too 👏🏻
