Born in Christchurch with Scandinavian and Cambodian roots, Demeter grew up a Kiwi. Her family’s refugee journey to forge a new life in New Zealand inspired her from a young age to help others. She always knew she’d work in primary healthcare and has since qualified as an osteopathic practitioner.
She competed as a track athlete for most of her life and now in her early twenties, races trail ultramarathons. Outside of her clinical work, Demeter enjoys baking, sunshine, and spending quality time with friends and family (especially if cake is involved!) :)
She currently splits her time between two clinics and her availability is on request.

Attica’s journey into health and wellness began early, inspired by his mother—an integrative doctor. As the saying goes, “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” Growing up in a medical family, he chose a comprehensive approach to care, believing it allows him to help more people achieve their health goals. After beginning his career in the trades, Attica later transitioned into personal training before discovering his true passion for osteopathy. Following the completion of his osteopathic degree, he trained under the internationally renowned osteopath Dr Jim Webb, whose work with elite sports teams set a high standard in the field. In his spare time, Attica is an avid sports enthusiast. Whether it’s rugby, skiing, or Muay Thai, he embraces an active lifestyle and recently returned from a training camp in Thailand. He firmly believes in leading by example, recognising that everyone is on their own unique health journey.
