Ultra-Runner Turned Osteopath

Demeter’s passion for endurance began by running 12 km home from school a habit that grew into competing in ultramarathons. Today, as an osteopath at EOS Align, she brings that same resilience and deep understanding of the body to help patients move better, recover stronger, and perform at their best.

After winning one of NZ’s most gruelling 100km races, Christchurch athlete Demeter Kenton-Dau wants to push herself even further.
