Great to see everyone back last week. These are soothing restorative classes. Holiday classes are a great way to introduce a friend to our yoga community.

From Friday 3rd December NZ switches to the new traffic light system. Nothing like a Level 4 Lockdown to challenge our ability to flow with life. It is easy to feel frazzled with such a sudden change. Soften, take it One Breath at a time, fully focus on each task no matter how menial and have faith that we will get through this.

So Term 3 is here. 😆 Last term’s theme of The Koshas (often likened to Russian Nesting Dolls) leads nicely into this term’s theme of FLOW. The more embodied we are within the layers of self (physical, energetic, mental etc) the easier we will move forward with life. Make positive choices, accept change and cope with life’s unexpected challenges. ⚡️ We look forward to seeing you all back in class.😊🧘🏻

Come join Yoga with Annerosa and .arnott for an evening of deep relaxation
Starting with a grounding guided meditation followed by nourishing Restorative Yoga, Restorative Yoga is a relaxing, supported practice that aims to restore the body’s natural capacity to heal, a place where we learn how to relax again, by fully supporting the body whilst re-programming the nervous system.
Nathan will guide you through the Restorative Yoga and I will be supporte your experience with Sound Healing.
Tibetan singing bowls help to balance your Chakras, improving meditation and stress relief through sound energy healing.💫
This will be followed by a divine Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation that isn’t found in the average meditation practice. The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health. .
We will finish with delicious plant based treats, nourishing hot herbal tea and soulful chat.
